Turkcell delivers best 4G speeds but Vodafone leads on overall network quality
Turkcell delivered the best network download performance during November with an average download speed of 11.2 Mbps across both 3G and 4G networks. That said, our latest report also reveals that Turkcell upload speeds were relatively slow at 2.5 Mbps compared to Vodafone’s 4.6 Mbps.

When looking at overall network performance by factoring in other measures such as latency and packet loss, Vodafone came out on top thanks to better than average upload speeds and packet loss. Turkcell was let down by worse than average upload speeds.
Over 83 million data records, gathered between November 1 and November 30, 2017, were analysed to obtain these results.
