In the latest Mobile Experience Snapshot for Poland, T-Mobile had the highest Excellent and Core Consistent Quality, and a statistical tie with Orange for fastest upload speeds. Orange had the fastest download speeds and the most responsive network.
T-Mobile leads Excellent Consistent Quality
In Common Coverage Areas across Poland, T-Mobile had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality with 83.5% of connections having a network experience suitable for use-cases like 1080p video streaming, real-time mobile gaming and HD video calling. Orange was in second place with 77.4%, 6.1% behind first place T-Mobile, followed by Play at 73.8% and Plus at 72.6%.
In regards to Core Consistent Quality, Tutela’s metric for when a connection is good enough for web browsing, social media sharing and SD video streaming, all operators except for Plus reached the 90% threshold, with T-Mobile out in front with a Core Consistent Quality of 93.9%. However, Plus was only 0.3% away from meeting the 90% threshold, and only 4.2% behind first place T-Mobile.

Orange had fastest download speeds
Orange had the fastest download speeds in Common Coverage Areas across Poland with 23.7 Mbps. The difference in performance was close as T-Mobile only narrowly missed out on first place by 1.6 Mbps, while last place Plus only 5.6 Mbps slower than first place Orange.
The competition was also tight in the upload speed test, with Orange and T-Mobile statistically tied for first place with a median transfer speed over 9 Mbps, while Play had speeds of 8.7 Mbps and Plus at 8.4 Mbps.
Orange had most responsive network
Orange had the most responsive network in Common Coverage Areas across Poland with a latency result of 20.6 ms. However, last place T-Mobile was only 3.7 ms behind first place Orange.
