In the latest Mobile Experience Report for Bolivia, Entel had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality percentage in the country with 55.8% and the fastest median download speed. Viva had the fastest median upload speed in the country, and Tigo had the best one-way latency on a 4G network.
Entel leads Excellent Consistent Quality
In Common Coverage Areas across Bolivia, Entel had the highest Excellent Consistent Quality in the country, with 55.8% of tests good enough for applications like HD video calling, movie streaming, or mobile gaming. With 11.8% difference in performance, Tigo was in second place for an Excellent Consistent Quality of 44.0%, and Viva was in third for an Excellent Consistent Quality at 29.9%, 25.9% behind Entel.
In regards to Core Consistent Quality, Entel was the only operator to reach the 90% threshold, however Tigo was close behind with 89.2%. The difference in performance was much smaller between the operators for Core, with Viva behind Entel by only 4.9%.

Entel takes the top spot for download speed
In Common Coverage Areas across Bolivia, Entel had the fastest download speed in the country with 11.8 Mbps. There was a difference of only 1.5 Mbps separating Tigo from first place Entel, whilst Viva trailed behind by 5.5 Mbps. In regards to upload speeds, Viva had the fastest median upload speed in the country with 6.3 Mbps, with Entel close behind with 5.6 Mbps, and Tigo in third with 5.2 Mbps.
Tigo had best latency result on a 4G network
The latency results showed a change in the operators rankings, with Tigo taking out the top spot with a median one-way result of 58.0 ms on a 4G network in Common Coverage Areas across Bolivia. Entel was close behind with a one-way result of 60.6 ms, whilst Viva had the highest result at 75.7 ms, a difference in performance of 17.7 ms compared to first place Tigo.
