We host regular talks from external keynote speakers for learning and development that uphold the values of DE&I.

Education reimbursement

We reimburse employees for education expenses that relate to an employee's current field of work or enhances their knowledge of their job.

Matching donations

We will match donations made to a registered charity of your choice up to a maximum amount per calendar year.

Community related volunteering

Employees can take one day per quarter paid leave for volunteering, creating meaningful engagement within the community.

Mentorship program

Pairings are arranged across the company, based on the mentor-mentee’s desired focus. Regular lunch meetings are covered by the company.

Manager training

No matter their experience level, our manager training focuses on developing key areas that we feel are pillars that turn managers into leaders.

Celebrating IWD

International Women’s Day is a day of celebration of women from across the globe as well as a call to recognize women as equals. To mark it, we’re celebrating some our female staff members to find out more about them and their journeys so far.
